Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions: - Cancellations made less than 24 hours [1 Day] before the scheduled appointment. - Dissatisfaction with the service based on subjective opinions not related to the service quality or delivery. - Missed appointments without prior notification.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the booking.
