3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions: - Cancellations made less than 24 hours [1 Day] before the scheduled appointment. - Dissatisfaction with the service based on subjective opinions not related to the service quality or delivery. - Missed appointments without prior notification.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our office at 7870331444 with your name, appointment details, and the reason for the refund request. All refund requests will be reviewed, and a decision will be communicated within 7 business days.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the booking.
